About 2 1/2 years ago we decided to take the plunge and get a pool/hot tub for our backyard. The process was ridiculous and stressful! Until that is we sat down with Ricardo from Dallas Cool Pools. The actual construction process is messy and really will upset the applecart but Ricardo made sure that each and every subcontractor treated our property as his own. We had an open line of communication with Ricardo through the entire process and trust me we wore him out with questions. But he was always professional and patient on each and every call. The most impressive thing to us is that even 2 1/2 years after we installed the pool the customer service we receive from Ricardo has not fallen off at all. We can call him with questions and he is still very prompt with getting back to us and making sure that our issues are resolved. He really cares about his customers and takes pride in the service he provides.
