We just finished our second project with Ricardo at a Dallas Cool Pools – another amazing experience!
Our first project a couple of years ago was for redesigning and refinishing the pool that was already put in when we bought our house. Ricardo helped turn our boring kidney-shaped pool (thank you 1950s) into an oasis with a tanning ledge and built-in umbrella stand. He continued to follow up with us after this project to be sure we were happy – excellent customer service! And the customer service is why we went back…
This time around we redesigned the patio around our pool. We had Ricardo pour all brand new concrete and put in a proper drainage system to get rid of the standing water we had before. He met us at the concrete design store to help us pick out a good stamp design – we went with a wood look. He also designed a beautiful covered patio so we can enjoy our beautiful backyard, even in the rain.
Ricardo listened to all of our wants and was able to execute everything perfectly. He gave us ideas on things like gutter placement. He was always very responsive anytime we had a question. He kept us informed every step of the way and was on site regularly to be sure we stayed on scheduled. My favorite part – he took care of everything permit related with the city!! I would give Ricardo and Dallas Cool Pools a million stars if I could!
