We had our 1970’s vintage back yard area completely remodeled and we hired Dallas Cool Pools to do the job. Ricardo Rodriguez was very responsive and competitive with his proposal and bid, and he worked with us every step of the way to create exactly what we wanted. We had our 9′ deep pool shallowed to 5.5′ and replumbed, we replaced our concrete deck with travertine tiles, we built an outdoor fire feature, and we also built an outdoor grill area. It was a big job, with many moving parts, and Ricardo expertly coordinated it all to our great satisfaction. Ricardo has also been very responsive on follow-up tweaks and adjustments, as those are always expected on any remodel project.
