Our sales team meets with you to learn about you, your lifestyle, your wishes, and your overall vision.
Design
Using 3D software, our expert designers turn your vision into a design to form the blueprint for your perfect backyard.
Estimate
Based on your design, we build a comprehensive estimate of your project so there are no financial surprises once we start.
Contract
With a signed contract, we are in business! We immediately start pulling permits with the city, scheduling dig tests, and coordinating teams for your project. Right before construction starts, we schedule a “pre-construction meeting” so you will know what to expect during your project.
Construction
1. Excavation: This is one of the most exciting days for us! This is the official start of construction!
2. Rebar: Laying of rebar (metal) grid work to support the shell of your pool.
3. Plumbing & Electrical: Our licensed plumbers and electricians will set your pool equipment and run power to all electrical components.
4. Gunite: Concrete for your pool shell. At this point, past customers tell us they really start to see their pool come along!
5. Tile, Coping, & Decking: As the gunite shell cures, we work on those other tasks to move your project along. If you are building other outdoor structures (kitchen, covered patios, etc), these are usually built at this time too.
6. Plaster: The FINAL step in the construction of your pool! As our plaster team finishes, we start to fill your pool!
7. Pool Start Up: We send our expert pool start-up team to make sure your chemicals are properly balanced.
SWIM!
Our start-up team gives the green light when it is safe to begin using your new pool!
