What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple pool construction and renovation projects at once.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure proper sequencing of trades.
- Conduct job walks at key phases and ensure quality standards are met.
- Serve as the primary client contact during construction.
- Track schedules, materials, permits, inspections, and job costs.
- Communicate updates, changes, and timelines clearly.
- Enforce safety standards and maintain clean job sites.

2–5 years of construction supervisory experience
Bilingual in both English and Spanish
Valid Texas driver’s license
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on job sites
Basic tech skills (JobTread preferred)
Clean driving record
