Even a well-built pool needs attention now and then. Equipment wears, finishes settle, automation acts up. When something is not working the way it should, let us know. This page is for clients we have built, renovated, or completed outdoor living projects for. Fill out the form below and someone from our team will be in touch. What We Cover
Pool Construction (New Builds)
Structural shell, plumbing, plaster and finish, tile and coping, equipment installation, and decking. Coverage windows vary by component and are detailed in your original construction agreement.
Renovations & Remodels
The scope of work completed under your renovation contract. Resurfacing, retiling, equipment upgrades, deck work, and any structural modifications we performed.
Outdoor Living Projects
Pergolas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, hardscape, and any custom build-outs we completed for you.
Equipment
Pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and lighting carry manufacturer warranties. We handle the back-and-forth with the manufacturer on covered repairs and replacements so you do not have to.
What is Not Covered
Being straight with you saves everyone time:
- Damage from chemistry imbalance or improper water care
- Freeze damage from improper winterization or equipment left running incorrectly
- Modifications or repairs done by another contractor or the homeowner
- Normal wear on finishes, including fading, etching from chemicals, or surface staining from organic debris
- Damage from severe weather, fallen trees, or foundation movement unrelated to our work
- Equipment that has been tampered with or installed by a third party
If you are not sure whether your issue falls under warranty, send it in anyway. We would rather take a look and tell you than have you sit on a problem.
FAQs
Within one business day for standard requests. Faster for urgent issues. Submissions over the weekend will get a response Monday morning.
No. We have your records on file. If we need something specific, we will ask.
Reach out anyway. Some coverage transfers, some does not, and it depends on the original contract. We will walk you through what applies to your situation.
For covered warranty work, no. For service outside of warranty coverage, we quote the job before any work begins. No surprises.
We tell you that up front and give you options. In most cases we can still handle the repair on a service-call basis rather than warranty. You decide how to proceed.
Yes. The form helps us route faster and keep things documented, but the phone works too.
