This new 40′ x 12′ pool and spa proves that even a garden-sized backyard can make a big impact. Designed with depths from 3.5′ to 6′, the pool features a modern handrail for safe, easy access for elderly parents. StoneScapes Mini Pebble in Aqua Cool—with additional blue pebbles for enhanced color—pairs beautifully with classic cast-stone coping.
Located in a Dallas historic district, this project required specialized permitting. Our team’s experience navigating these additional requirements helped move the project from design to completion.
